COdesign is seeking a Graphic Designer with experience working on BTL projects and activations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience working in an advertising agency and possess a solid creative portfolio showcasing skills and innovative designs in activation and BTL projects. This role requires an understanding of brand development, as well as the ability to execute a high volume of print materials for diverse platforms and purposes to meet the needs of our niche client base.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute BTL advertising projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain and update print marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet business objectives in an innovative manner.
• Pull off high-volume BTL projects in a short delivery timeline.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in graphic design and advertising, and integrate new and effective techniques into your work.
• Stay up to date with best technical practices in terms of print media and BTL campaigns.

Skills and qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in BTL projects with diverse industries.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong familiarity with multiple BTL channels.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding design.
• Strong time and task management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working in BTL projects.
• Ability to collaborate with other creative and strategic functions and receive and give feedback.
• Experience in working for diverse industries and segments.
• Attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
