Jr. Content Strategist

COdesign is looking for a Jr. Content Strategist with the drive to dive deep into market research and curate content strategies based on the research findings regarding market trends and business goals. With a knack for creativity, the Jr. Content Strategist will have to strategize content pillars, ideate creative content, and think out of the box to attract and retain viewers’ attention. Ideal candidates will be creative, strategic, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
Objectives of this Role
- Understand brands’ persona and strategic approach.
- Curate tailored content strategies for brands that connect with target audiences, boost engagement and enhance brand awareness.
- Ideate out-of-the-box content options for maximizing the digital and BTL branding efforts.
- Assist the content strategists with identifying clients’ audiences and use this data to more accurately suggest content ideas that will resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities
- Participate in creative brainstorms, always being willing to proffer new content and outreach ideas.
- Develop content strategies based on the brands’ strategic route to ensure a cohesive brand persona throughout ATL & BTL channels.
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends and define the best channels & content pillars based on the research findings for different brands and their audiences.
- Collaborate with brand strategists and creative executioners in preparing effective pitch decks.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and promotional channels to be able to suggest diverse yet suitable options for relevant brands and their audiences.
Skills and Qualifications
- Comfortable with and receptive to feedback.
- A fast learner, who can adapt to change and can Google anything.
- Strong familiarity with multiple social media platforms.
- Familiarity with the digital marketing space, including SEM, SEO, Social, and Organic channels.
- Strong time and task management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Open to freshers, experience working in strategy and content writing will be an added advantage.
- Ability to collaborate with other strategists and receive and give feedback.
- Compelling presentation skills.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
