As a Manager, Strategic Planning for COdesign, we are looking for an advanced and creative individual having an in-depth idea & attention to detail in regards to our culture and has a real-time experience with strategic planning in agency industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic leader who has experience of designing brands and campaigns through digital media and traditional platforms for a variety of industries, creating a lasting impact on the audience.
We intend that you fully utilize your research and planning capabilities while continuously guiding the team - not only in developing strategic plans for a variety of clients but also for different digital media platforms, catering to their specific trends as well as our creative teams’ creativity to make the client’s communications meaningful & effective.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualization & Ideation:
- Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of meticulous strategic planning for building long lasting & impactful brand image.
- Ideate unique strategies to ensure proper brand positioning and industry shifting concepts to create lasting impact on audience.
- Ensure all strategies are followed while core execution by coordinating with relevant teams.
- Conduct both primary and secondary research with your team for better understanding of the market trends and incorporate findings while conceptualizing campaigns and strategies.
Planning & Execution:
- Cohesively work with members in creative, and client services team, and strategize to produce concepts for brand strategy, social media and traditional marketing and integrated campaigns based on the specifics of the project.
- Develop functional and impactful strategic routes for brands, aiming to enhance brand positioning and build long lasting impression on the audience.
- Guide the Strategy team in developing fresh strategic routes and execution plan, ensuring relevance between strategy, content & visuals.
Leadership & Teamwork:
- Lead the team by giving timely & constructive feedback to weave together the strategic and communication coherence effectively.
- Act as a mentor to strategy department personnel, ensuring a steady, gradual improvement in their professional skills and gearing them up for the future.
- Constantly explore and research market trends with the team to ensure brand coherence with any industry shifts.
- Ensure team always meets timelines, budget and quality expectations.
Required Expertise/Skills
- Understanding of basic strategic concept development and overall knowledge of copywriting, as reflected in a work portfolio.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to clients and co-workers.
- Stability under pressure and the ability to juggle multiple clients and assignments.
- Knowledge of integrated marketing tactics across traditional and digital.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, website copywriting, blogging etc - and various formats of strategy development
- Proofing/editing skills and an excellent writer's command of the language.
- Native speaker skills in the language of social media, with, at the very least, active Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook accounts.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines and goals.
Bonus
- Preferable to have certifications in digital marketing and copywriting (but not required).
- Have atleast 5 year working experience with designers and developers, and other marketing and tech professionals.
Salary
- Negotiable (Based on experience and noteworthy projects)
