As an Account/Client Success Executive, you'll play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring smooth project execution, and helping clients achieve their objectives. Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Project Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding their goals and aligning strategies to deliver outstanding results.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and clear communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Track and report project progress, ensuring all client deliverables meet brand guidelines and expectations.

Influencer Management & Content Production:

  • Select, manage, and execute influencer campaigns that align with client objectives, ensuring high engagement and impactful results.
  • Coordinate and oversee content production (photoshoots, video shoots, etc.), ensuring all creative assets meet client requirements and brand standards.

Strategic Planning & Campaign Reporting:

  • Identify opportunities for account growth, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data and metrics, offering clients insights and suggestions for optimization.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Share knowledge and best practices across teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.

Required Expertise/Skills

  • Proven experience in project support, client service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • A team player attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with design or creative industries and keen interest in the latest trends and technologies.
  • Practical knowledge or experience in managing digital content, including basics of SEO, social media, and online advertising strategies.
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields; certifications in project management or digital marketing are advantageous.
