As an Account/Client Success Manager, you will serve as the crucial link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, timely project execution, and impactful results. This role demands a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously. Your success will be determined by your ability to maintain client satisfaction, meet deadlines, and foster growth within each client account.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Project Management:

  • Build and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for their needs.
  • Understand clients' goals and objectives, ensuring the timely delivery of projects that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to gather feedback, manage expectations, and adjust strategies to align with their evolving needs.
  • Oversee the project lifecycle from initiation through completion, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Gain a deep understanding of each client’s industry, challenges, and competitive landscape to provide data-driven strategic insights.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling services to clients.
  • Work closely with the business development team to expand client portfolios, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop, execute, and refine client strategies to drive brand success and impact.

Collaboration & Team Leadership:

  • Lead internal briefings, ensuring that all departments (marketing, creative, and finance) are aligned with project objectives and client requirements.
  • Serve as a mentor to junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction, from the initial concept to final delivery.

Influencer Management & Content Production:

  • Identify, select, and manage influencers that align with client objectives, ensuring that campaigns resonate with target audiences.
  • Coordinate and manage content production, including photoshoots, videos, and other creative assets, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure that the final output meets both the client’s and brand’s standards.
  • Manage influencer campaigns from concept to execution, tracking performance and optimizing based on real-time data.

Required Expertise/Skills

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Business Development/Sales Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Solid experience with CRM software and tools.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
