We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer success, communication, and project management within a creative design-focused company. As a Customer Success Intern at COdesign, you will work closely with our customer success team to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the customer success team in managing day-to-day customer queries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support in onboarding new clients and guiding them through our design process.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication platforms in a professional and timely manner.
  • Help gather client feedback to improve service delivery and customer experience continuously.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, calls, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and project management teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of client projects.
  • Monitor and track customer success metrics to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining customer success reports and documentation.
  • Help maintain and update the client CRM system to ensure accurate data tracking.
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for improving customer experience and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in customer service, communication, and design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Previous internship experience or experience in customer service or design is a plus, but not required.
