As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in sustaining and expanding our relationships with our most significant clients. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management:

  • Develop trust-based relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all strategic matters.
  • Understand the unique needs and business drivers of each key account to tailor strategies that boost their performance and satisfaction.
  • Regularly evaluate the health of assigned accounts, identifying and mitigating risks before they impact the business.
  • Develop strategic account plans that align with client objectives and promote revenue growth.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, adapting our solutions to meet evolving client needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions that may impact client accounts, using this knowledge to offer strategic insights and recommendations.

Project Coordination and Execution:

  • Oversee the execution of projects for key accounts, ensuring alignment with client goals and the company’s creative vision.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes that meet the strategic objectives of key clients.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Navigate complex project requirements and coordinate with various departments to meet these demands efficiently.
  • Monitor account performance, including project timelines, deliverables, and client satisfaction metrics, and report on progress to both the client and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels, discuss performance, and identify areas for improvement.

Financial and Contract Management:

  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that protect both the company's and clients' interests.
  • Monitor and analyze customers’ usage of our product to ensure strategic alignment and account growth.
  • Manage and forecast key account metrics, preparing reports on account status.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage contract renewals or modifications as needed.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the account portfolio, including renewals, contract expansions, and new project opportunities.

Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals and pitches for additional services or projects.

Required Expertise/Skills

  • Strong sales and account management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify client challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive business growth.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex client relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage client information, track activities, and produce reports.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field.

Bonus Skills

  • Can leverage social media platforms to build brand awareness and engage with audiences.
  • Knows how to create and distribute high-quality content to attract and retain customers.
  • Has a basic understanding of search engine optimization and pay-per-click advertising.
