The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with our clients. As a CSM at COdesign, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, ensure smooth project delivery, and ensure that they receive maximum value from our bespoke design services. You will also act as the bridge between the client and the internal teams, ensuring alignment and delivering outstanding results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of design processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment and play a pivotal role in ensuring client success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their goals, challenges, and design needs.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to ensure their needs are being met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Work closely with the internal design, project management, and sales teams to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of client projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and budget adherence.
  • Address any issues or concerns promptly and proactively, ensuring solutions are implemented quickly and effectively.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are introduced to the COdesign experience and fully understand the design process.
  • Provide guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clients feel confident and informed at every stage.
  • Gather client feedback during and after project completion to ensure ongoing satisfaction and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or project management, ideally within the design, creative, or digital services industry.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and successfully delivering on complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of the design process and the ability to communicate effectively with both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both Bengali and English.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
