At COdesign, we’re looking for a Software Engineer (Front-End) who can turn design and product ideas into seamless, high-performing digital experiences. You’ll work with modern frameworks to build responsive, accessible, and scalable interfaces across web and mobile, ensuring every interaction feels intuitive and polished. If you love pushing the boundaries of front-end development, care deeply about clean code and user experience, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-evolving environment, you’ll feel right at home with us.

What you’ll do

  • Build responsive, performant web apps with modern frameworks (React/Vue).
  • Translate wireframes and designs into clean, reusable components.
  • Keep code modular, testable, and maintainable.
  • Collaborate with designers to nail the details (animations, interactions, micro-copy).
  • Troubleshoot cross-browser quirks and performance hiccups.
  • Push for accessibility and inclusive design (yes, ARIA matters).
  • Help shape our design system + component library.
  • Own high-visibility surfaces — landing pages, dashboards, and user flows.
  • Stay curious: bring new tools, frameworks, and best practices to the team.

What we’re looking for

  • 2–3 years building production-ready frontend apps.
  • Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern framework (React, Vue, or similar).
  • Comfort with HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox/Grid, and responsive layouts.
  • Experience with state management (Redux, Pinia, etc.) and API integrations (REST/GraphQL).
  • Familiar with build tools (Webpack, Vite) and version control (Git).
  • Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and performance optimization.
  • Bonus points for: animations (GSAP/Framer Motion), testing (Jest, Cypress), or CI/CD pipelines.
  • Team player who loves pairing, code reviews, and shipping fast.
  • Strong communicator — can explain trade-offs and advocate for good engineering practices.
